At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
Speak to be heard — because your voice matters.
I began my career teaching communication — helping people find words, meaning, and confidence through language. Over time, I noticed a pattern that changed everything:
People don’t struggle because they lack talent.
They struggle because their voice doesn’t land the way they intend.
That insight took me beyond academia into entrepreneurship, leadership development, and coaching — working closely with professionals navigating visibility, pressure, and high expectations.
In 2012, I launched East Malaysia’s first edu-entertainment centre.
In 2021, I founded Leadership K.A.R.D. with a clear mission:
to develop leaders who think clearly, communicate confidently, and influence with integrity.
Across every chapter, my purpose has remained constant —
using communication, mindset, and reflection to create meaningful leadership transformation.

In 2022, I founded Give Back to Community Trust (GBTC) to bridge educational gaps for underserved students in rural India. Our work is guided by three values: Educate · Empower · Enlighten.
Outside of work, I’m a mother, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner — grounded by family, stories, and community.
